- Casual visitors are most welcome at any stage.
- No bookings required.
- Bring your own exercise mat (or a towel to lay over our mats which are free for hire).
- Wear your normal, comfortable exercise clothing.
- Ask about our one week FREE TRIAL for beginners.

- Bronze Pass $70 (student/senior concession $60) Includes: Pilates & Yoga unlimited for one month!
- Bronze Plus Pass $90 (student/senior concession $80) Includes: Pilates, Yoga, Circuits & Active & Mature
- PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT lock you in to a contract. We are happy to offer you a month by month payment. We also extend memberships for holidays and sickness under reasonable conditions.
