Our entire fitness studio space is completely private which means that you get to train outside of the typical ‘busy gym’ environment.
During your session you get to enjoy space, privacy, and the comfort of knowing that no members of the general public are sharing the studio with you or with your group.
Anne will tailor a program that meets your unique training goals. You get to choose the intensity of your program whilst drawing on the expert advice. Depending on what you like to do, your trainer can build a range of activities into your regime.

Casual Visits to Anne’s classes: $17.
10 Pack to any of Anne’s classes: $135.
Monthly Membership to Anne’s Classes: $90.

Group Personal Training Rates
$75 per hour for two people – great for couples!
$90 per hour for three people.
$100 per hour for four people – get a bunch of friends together!
